Our Farm
Guests benefit the most from a hotel with its own farm. Many products come directly from the hotel’s own farm, fresh onto the plate. Bernd Hradecky – a veterinarian by profession – has restructured the traditional farming operations of Hotel Hinteregger in a modern and contemporary way. He has updated the ecological nature of the farm without compromising its core values. The cows, for example, still have individual names and graze in summer on the lush meadows of the hotel’s own alpine pasture in Innergschlöss.
The hotel’s energy needs are met sustainably by a connected photovoltaic system and a woodchip heating system. It’s farming across generations – adapted to today’s needs, yet still simply a “farm”.
