With Imagination and Love
No exotic ingredients, no extravagance. Just honest, traditional Tyrolean cuisine made from homegrown and regional products. Nothing in the pots has traveled far – everything is fresh. Vegetables and herbs come from the hotel’s own garden, cabbage and potatoes from nearby fields, and most of the meat from the hotel’s own farm. Even the apple juice is pressed from our own apples, and the bread is always freshly baked at the hotel.
And the exclusively Austrian wines? We know exactly where they come from. We know the winemakers – we’ve tasted them. Slow Food, East Tyrol style.
Leisurely food and drink
Preserving comfort within modern design – in the new dining hall, the balance between contemporary style and a relaxed atmosphere works perfectly. Spacious, clean lines, and full of light. A place to truly enjoy the culinary delights coming from the kitchen and cellar.
In summer, also wonderful in the outdoor dining area with a Mediterranean flair.
A charming contrast to the restaurant is the cozy, traditional farmhouse parlor. Lovingly restored, it is a masterpiece showcasing centuries-old craftsmanship. Another renovated parlor – complete with a regulars’ table – still features original wood paneling from grandma’s time. A new floor and modern lighting connect it to the present.
Minimalist in design and focused on essentials, the elegant wine cellar bar offers a cool ambiance for tastings, an aperitif, or a digestif.
